WhoWears is for the moment during a game, live or on TV, when you don't know who that was. Nobody opens it after the game.
Lookup never touches the network. In a stadium with no signal, it still answers.
Switch between them from the keypad, and on match day the fixture is already sitting there when you open the app, so you are not hunting for the team you came to watch.
